Epilogue
So I haven’t updated in awhile because I had some priorities to get underway, like a job and a place to live. I am currently living in Bremerton, which is directly across the Puget Sound from Seattle, which means I have to either a) take the ferry or b) drive all the way around the Sound, through Tacoma. Either of these options take about an hour and a half. The ferry is expensive and...

Vancouver, British Columbia
Bri and I are in Vancouver, about to head back to Seattle to start my new life and whatnot. We meandered around the city all day yesterday, but I still don’t know what’s up with Vancouver. Did we miss all the cool parts? At least we met our goals: eating at Tim Horton’s and eating poutine. Also, Vancouver had the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. So foodwise, Vancouver knows...

Portland, Oregon
Today was our day in Portland and it was awesome. The drive up, not so much, but the city was cool. Well, let me take it back, the drive wasn’t so bad. It was just mountainous and dark for half of it because we left a little late in the day for a ten hour drive. And the mountains are beautiful, but scary. Things scare me and I feel as though I’ve been facing those fears a lot more...

San Francisco, California
Tonight’s our last night here in San Francisco. Much like San Francisco’s landscape, the experience had its highs and lows. The first night was kind of grim, with my Florida bones not used to the chilly winds. We were to stay with Toad, but his house was unheated. I fled like a coward to a Red Roof Inn, leaving Brianna behind for the night. She was asleep and I had woken up in the...
